I am an ontological coach and a yoga instructor. I believe that everybody can live their best life with a little help from coaching and through yoga.I graduated from the Newfield Coaching Program by The Coach Partnership in 2022. I have also completed a Performance Coaching program and a mindfulness program. I have practiced yoga for over 10 years and attended numerous workshop by Dice Lide-Klein, Tiffany Cruishank, to name a few.
